Volunteering & Community

Giving back is an important part of how I work. Alongside my coaching and consultancy practice, I contribute time and energy to causes that matter to me. These are spaces where I can offer support to individuals and communities who might not otherwise access this kind of work

Create Community (CIC)

Staying connected to people and place

Create Community is a local CIC near where I live. It supports people who are experiencing long-term unemployment or social isolation through creative projects, personal development and skill-building. I offer coaching, facilitation and support, depending on what’s needed. My focus is always on helping people feel more seen, more included and more capable of moving forward.

Embercombe

Supporting people as they bring their learning into everyday life

I volunteer as a coach for participants on The Journey, a powerful programme run by Embercombe. After their time on the land, each person leaves having made a personal pledge, a commitment to how they want to live and lead. My role is to support them in the months that follow through a series of one-to-one coaching conversations.

The focus is simple: helping people stay connected to what matters as they begin putting their learning into practice in the real world. It’s thoughtful, values-led work and I’m grateful to be part of it.

Saracens Foundation: Get Onside (prison workshops)

Practical skills and human connection

Through a partnership with the Saracens Foundation, I deliver short workshops in prisons that focus on communication, teamwork and problem-solving. These are simple but powerful sessions that create space for people to reflect, collaborate and build confidence in how they relate to others. It’s work that matters, in places that are often overlooked.
